1. About Flora Sin Filtro

Flora Sin Filtro is a membership app operated by Flora Celeste Amara OÜ (Registry Code 17326585, Estonia). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Pricing

Flora Sin Filtro offers the following membership plans:

Monthly: €9.99/month

Annual: €79.00/year

All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

3. Free Trial

New members receive a 14-day free trial on their first subscription. A valid payment method is required at signup. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial your subscription begins automatically at the selected plan price.

4. What membership includes

Full music archive (audio)

All official music videos and archive videos

Piano Futures series

90-day Journey program

Early access to new releases (1 week before public)

Full World journal and lore content

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive an invoice by email for each payment.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Subscription option in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact studio@floracelesteamara.com within 14 days of the charge.

8. Content ownership

All music, videos, audio, written content, illustrations, and creative works in Flora Sin Filtro are the property of Flora Celeste Amara OÜ and protected by EU trademark No. 019256718. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written permission.

9. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account with others. Flora Celeste Amara OÜ reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from Flora Sin Filtro. We will notify members of significant changes via email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
